These terms are between you and Hookfall Studios, which makes Cliffy. Cliffy is being tested: things may change or break, and series may come and go. These are interim terms, and full ones replace them before Cliffy opens to more testers.
Who can use Cliffy
Cliffy is for people 18 or older. By tapping Start watching or Continue with Google, you confirm you're 18 or older and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
Start watching makes a visitor account for your phone, and Continue with Google signs in with your Google account. Keep your phone and your Google account secure: what's done with your account is your responsibility.
Coins, Cliffy Premium and ads
Cliffy sells nothing yet and shows no ads. Coins, Cliffy Premium and ads come in a later version, with their own terms, including refunds and cancellation.
What you may not do
- Record, copy, download or share Cliffy's videos outside the app.
- Get around Cliffy's protections, or take apart the app or its videos.
- Use someone else's account, or let others use yours.
- Overload or attack Cliffy's services, or use Cliffy to break the law.
The series
Cliffy's series are AI-generated, and every video says so. They're for your own viewing in the app. The series and the app belong to Hookfall Studios or the series' owners.
Ending your account
You can stop using Cliffy at any time, and have your account deleted as our Privacy Policy says. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at its top.
